GEARS: The Group Emotional and Relationship Skills (GEARS) program is a 12 week (2 hours per week) psychoeducation and skills-based program tailored specifically for current and former serving military and emergency service personnel.
MindRight: is a one-day program that equips participants with an understanding of their individual identity. This is particularly valuable when members are transitioning either within Defence or discharging from service.
StoryRight: a one-day transition and communication program available for anyone who has served in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) regular and Reserves.
Family and Individual Therapy: Family and Individual Therapy is a trauma sensitive counselling service that uses various art mediums and processes as tools to explore and express thoughts. The sessions aim to create different pathways to understand the individual’s own trauma and its impact on families. It also helps to effectively recognise and manage symptoms to support participants to have a happier life.
