OUR MISSION
To raise awareness of and destigmatize military based mental health issues by connecting those in need to personalized treatments without any barriers of entry, as long as needed.

OUR VISION
To preserve the lives of U.S. active duty military and veterans by optimizing their recovery journey and providing them the highest quality of life possible.

STEP ONE: Assess
Assess individuals physical and mental health situation to understand their specific needs and challenges. Gather information about their experiences, symptoms, and any current support they are receiving for both their physical and mental health.

STEP TWO: Connect
Connect individuals to relevant resources that meet their own, unique set of needs. This may include information on local support groups, therapy options, medical facilities, or hotlines for immediate assistance.

STEP THREE: Support
Support individuals for both their physical and mental well-being as they work towards improvement. This may include regular checkins, offering encouragement and, and connecting them with additional resources as needed.
